This person is very rude and threatening. He is misrepresenting himself to be a debt collector. When I called the 315-274-5595 back it went directly to a voicemail with no message stating who this person is or what business he is supposedly representing. Legally they are supposed to give a statement that goes something like this, "This communication is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose."
This person only said he was a debt collector. Then he said he was trying to collect information so he could summons me. I asked the the person to repeat who he was and who he was collecting this supposed debt for, but the man refused to give me his name again or what collection agency he was supposedly representing. The man would not let me talk, he was very rude and began to make threats. This number he calls from does not link to a business or collection agency. The messaging is not even set up like legit business. I believe this is a scam. This person will never get any information from me. I know the business I need to be contacting about this issue.
