Caller ID reads New York State. This number is a local tie line for an energy supplier located in Tampa FL who first claimed they were offering rebates, but then denied they were a telemarketer for alternative energy (gas, electric). So, I asked, politely, why they called a number on the DNC, a seasonal church, that didn't have any services. Short version, once again, the rep and the supervisor didn't have a clue how the national DNC worked, but promised to include my number to their "client" supplier's own DNC. Nonsense.
