Me to, I asked him where he was a district attorney at and he said jersey city, so I looked up js and the county and his name is nowhere to be found. I told him to send paper work so I could have my attorney look at it.
I got an email from the same district attorney. This is a total scam, as I don't owe anyone a dime. These people get your information from somewhere and use this tactic to extort money from people that may owe money to a payday loan company, or otherwise. There is no such DA in Jersey City.
I have 3 phone #s. The one we're talking about and 2 other that have called me telling me that the us government wants to give me $9000 I don't need to pay back. I know it's not true. They had a lot of information about me.

There is no "Dear Mr. John Smith".
