Calls weekly, sometimes daily to cell number for prescriptions for a person I don't know and have never heard of, told them she died at least 6 of the calls now but they still keep calling

Getting calls from this since March/2011...Been telling this person since then to stop calling me. I am resorting to legal action now... Still calling 2 to 3 times a day
