If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information. They know who they are calling. They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. Also, those who might be in financial difficulty.

well we have a thread that has been dormant for almost a year. Now all of a sudden we have tow posters that have the same thing to say with extremely poor English and education skills. I am sure you are going to blame it on the fact that you are using cell phones to post, but 2 posts within minutes of each other under different screen names? Makes me have to wonder. but let us assume that you are telling the truth. Some person calls you up out of the blue and wants to give you a $12,000 loan. A loan which of course no one else in town would give you based on your credit record and income. How were you planning on paying it back?
Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans. Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!
