315-282-9180 called and didn't leave any message, nor did I answer as I did not recognize the number and speculated that it was probably another schmucking telemarketer and/or scammer. Checked the number at this great site. Thanks to everyone else here for also reporting the number, which I've now blocked.

No message left, and "Choice One" sounds only vaguely familiar. In 315- area code there's a telecomm company and a supermarket with it as part of their names, neither with this exact phone number.
