Yes, got a call from 315-307-3667 asking to speak to a Mrs. Wyatt. Well, that would have been me 30 years ago, saying that there has been a legal matter filed against me and that I needed to call a number with the file reference number. As I said to this woman, I haven't been Mrs. Wyatt in 30 years, so if this person or company has a file against me, they sure waited a long time to do it, that I know this is a scam call, so if you REALLY expect me to call the number you gave me and give them the file number you also gave, you can tell them, they will be waiting another 30 years, go scam someone else. I don't have time for this and hung up, blocked number.
Have gotten several calls from this number by they always just hung up. Today, a message was left saying it was in regard to an urgent legal matter that requires immediate attention and to call 1-844-416-4284. Lots of background voices so obviously coming from a call center - SCAM!
Called asking for me and stating it was a legal matter. That there was a legal suit against me, but that the parties wished to remain anonymous. And when asked who it was, they wouldnt say. Smelled super fishy. And as noted before, sounded like a call center. The caller ID said Nati Processing.
Same thing but I got this call at work after never receiving one on my personal. Asking if there was anyone at my office that was over 18 to accept a legal document on my behalf. I simply said no.
