Its illegal to call and impersonate any kind of officer..
Report them to whichever agency they pretend to be from though some are made up even on that score!

Received a call saying they are calling from IRS and a warrant has been issued under my name for tax fraud. Person who identified him self as Ron Smith offered me a settlement out of court and asked me to send a money order for $893.59. Otherwise a police officer will show up at my door step within next 20 minutes to arrest me.
He also gave me below address to mail the money order

As I asked for proof of the fraud charges he said that can be send only once the money is received.
On 8/18/14 I received 2 calls from this idiot threatening me I owe money to IRS. They call twice on Friday and I tried to call the number back no picked up, but a few minute's later a lady called back with a thick accents hard to understand her.
On Sep 4, 14 I received a call from this number. They left VM with heavy bad accident that saying I have a case against my property. Then mentioned this number in VM to call me back.
