Did not answer because I do not answer calls when the caller ID is not known It was from Syracuse phone number 315-313-6360. I let the answering machine answer....no message. Later blocked out the number. My best advice, if you have caller ID is not to answer calls unless you know who is calling.
Also received a call from this loan company, asked to speak to the business owner, so I said sure, if he wanted to call Germany, (I'm with a German owned company). Thought he was calling some small American Based Construction Company.
