This is a scam. Claim to be from windows support system. Violating the no-call list.

Got call the caller asked if could hear them, a yes answer is recorded and used to run up creadit card debt

I answered.  She said something about a computer check and asked if this was a good time.  I said, "No, I'm working actually" so she asked when would be a good time to call back.  I asked her what it was in regards to, and she said a free check of my computer to see if it is infected.  I said, "No way, you're a scam" and hung up.  TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT ANSWER
