I got a call from this number both at home and at work. When I returned the call to Dwayne Jarvin I was informed that I was a prime suspect for a case. I have no idea how they got my home number or work number.
My boss told me a brad was trying to reach me. I called this number back asked to speak to Brad but said he was not available. I asked what this was about and he said he needed to go through this process with me and I told him I was at work he was very rude. At the end of the conversation he said he was faxing papers to my boss and we needed to go to court. The problem is he has my phone number, my social security number and dont know how or what this is even about. SCAM
I have received multiple calls from this number on my cell and then they called me at work. I spoke with a Dwayne Jordan stating I was going to be charged with check fraud by a company called Advance America within the next couple of days and they needed to get my lawyer's information so they can fax the case information to them. He would not give me any further information due to speaking with me on my work phone. I asked which lawyer's office he was calling from and he said he was calling from the back office of Mark and Rodham and Associates and to call him back at 315-370-7965. When I do a internet search nothing comes back for this lawyer's office. Very suspect.
Mr. jack smith was called me and he said that i have a issue in my computer so again he told me to turn on my computer so i done that and he was trying to scam me very badly i dont even come to know that and he was trying to dropped my money in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, INDIA,CANADA AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA so he was trying to do this payment through western union so please everybody read this report and deactivate this website
