LOOK BACK ON YOUR BANK RECORDS to verify information also. you know you took the loan out just trying to stall!!! STALL TACTICS. get a job and stop taking out loans you cant pay back!
RECEIVED A CALL FROM A JAMES LORD FROM RJA CAPITAL SAYING THAT CHECK DIVISION HAD RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM ONONDAGA COUNTY AND HE WAS TO TAKE A STATEMENT. IF HE DIDN'T HEAR FROM ME WITHIN 48 HOURS IT WOULD BE TURNWED OVER TO AUTHORITIES.
NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING ON A BAD CHECK. NOTHING HAS BEEN MAILED TO MY HOME, JUST TODAY STARTED RECEIVING THESE PHONE CALLS.
HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I to just received a call from the very same person even has the last 4 digits of my SS# he states it is for check fraud but I have no checks outstanding. Let us know what else goes down with yours.
I received a call from a James lord, He stated that I was going to be served some kind of level papers from them for some loan. If I owe them money fine I will pay it, But I have asked repeatedly for them to send me all the information in the mail. I am not just going to send money to someone that calls me and says I owe them money. So if RJA CAPITAL WANTS ANY MONEY FROM ME, THEY NEED TO MAIL ME SOME PAPERWORK AND I WILL THEN PAY THEM PAYMENTS THAT I CAN AFFORD. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEE PAPERWORK BEFORE I JUST START THROWING MONEY THAT I DON'T HAVE ANYWAY, TO A STRANGER THAT SAYS I OWE THEM MONEY.
