They call from various numbers. 315-410-9704, 855-276-1132, 855-209-0496. Leaves voice message saying they're calling from some company H&W and that I need to call them back to verify my info or that I have a court summons. The recorded voice message is very vague. It's a SCAM! Do NOT answer these calls or give out personal info. I've blocked these numbers and they still try calling from other numbers or blocked/unknown numbers.
Received call that they need confirmation of my address to send out an "important notice". I'm just trying to figure out if it is a debt collector- I don't have anything in collections.
I did refuse to pay a diamond parking ticket a few months back because of a mistake THEY made on a parking ticket. At first they said they would fix the mistake and then I started getting threatening letters in the mail regarding the $50 ticket.
That's the only thing I can think of that a debt collector would call about. Would they really go to that much effort for a $50 ticket?
I have been receiving phone calls daily and received one today from Jason Stone that correspondence to residence and phone calls ignored. Yes to phone calls but never received anything at residence.
I just received a call from Jason Stone at 716-332-1646, but asked that I call back at 315-410-9704 to handle this matter voluntarily. On the voicemail left he was saying that I have ignored their calls and letters to my residence in attempt to contact me about this matter .... blah blah blah. I have never received a call or letters in the mail! Considering he never stated my name, and the fact that I have nothing that is owed to anyone, I'd say this is some type of scam!
