Called cell. Did not answer

Caller ID said "Jeremy P Sampsell" Landline 315-458-4372.  They have called my cell twice in the last 1/2 hour.  I did not recognize the name or number, so I did not answer.  No message was left.  I then proceeded to put them on the reject list. I look at it this way, it must not be important if you can't bother to leave a message!
