Who called from 3154734788

This number has called three times today on my cell. No message left. I googled the number and it is reported as someone telling you:
a- you have received a government grant
b-the caller has a heavy accent and loud background noise and you cannot understand them.
I am just going to assume it is scammers attempting identity theft and block it.

Hung up when I asked him to identify company he was calling for! Probably a scam artist crook.

these folks tell you there is a government grant set aside for you because you were 1 out of such and such number picked. they give you another number to call to confirm the grant. as your confirming the grant they tell you to go to Walgreen or CVS and buy an iTunes card load with $250 then this will activate your confirmation number. i said i dont have $250 that ended the call.

I called the number no one answered.  Looks like it's a scam.

I just got a call also. They refused to repeat themselves when I stated I can't understand you.
