We just got duped by "Jim Strickland" as well. We knew the condo sounded too good to be true but we were searching for something for such a long time we wanted to believe it. We consider ourselves to be pretty smart AND cautious, he provided his "management license" and everything, then emailed this morning asking for me to help another renter pay via western union. Emailed him politely to say that I can't help but would like to cancel my reservation. I'm sure I'll never hear from him again.
