URS scab stating filing lawsuit against you. When returned call threaten and told me to f off. I would not provide information. Stated with heavy indian accent hhe was IRS agent John Matthew.
On 12/07/2015, I received a call from 315-623-0925 at 10:37 a.m. EST. Received a second call from 315-512-2041 at 10:55 a.m. Computer generated call and computer generated female voice saying final notice, that I am being sued by the IRS. I listened to both messages in full. No opt out feature. I blocked both numbers on my cell phone. Since this is the final notice, where are all the other notices? A few weeks ago, I received a letter via US MAIL from Office of Personnel Management telling me their database was compromised and they are offering me 1-year free credit monitoring. The letter says my name, SSN, address, date and place of birth, residency, educational and employment history, personal foreign travel history, information about immediate family as well as business and personal acquaintances, and other information used to conduct and adjudicate my background investigation. I had a background investigation performed by the Department of Amy in 1992. I doubt all this information was or is online but who knows. I will next try to figure out if the letter is real or bogus.
I just received the same message and when I called the number back she asked me for my phone number and I said " If you are the IRS then you should know it, but you are NOT the IRS and she hung up on me!
Call from 315-512-2041...hello, this is a call from the IRS, we have been trying to reach you...this is your final message before we file a lawsuit against you...recorded and I will refer this to the AG in my state. Called back and the number was busy. Obviously a SCAM from some criminals overseas.
