The guy said his name was Brad (he has some kind of African accent) and he said to return his call at 315-515-4708 or have you atty of record return his call as this was a time sensitive matter. He said don't disregard this call. If I don't return this call or have my atty return the call he wishes me good luck and may god bless me.
I just received a call from this number and they were threatening me in the most horrific way .. telling me they were going to rape me and my daughter and mother and then kill me... then had the nerve to tell me that I needed to make a payment to them
Some man by the name of Brad saying I needed to call before things would start happening. I do not owe anyone and will file a report with the FTC on tomorrow.
I received a call at my place of work on 6/11/2014 stating that i was being sued and facing 3 felonies charges against me, this guys by the name of Eddie had all my personal information.
Same thing...they called my place of employment and said there was a law suit and matters would be taken into their hands and it would be handed over tomorrow to the state that I live in. I told them to quit calling me and hung up. I have received numerous calls of this same sort from different numbers. If they call your place of employment, answer it as your city's police dept. They'll quit calling.
