Cell phone rang. Didn't recognize the number. Didn't answer. Caller with thick accent (not American) left automated message on voicemail threatening a court issued an arrest warrant in my name (didn't say my name), and I need to call the officer (name given), at this number right away: 315-519-4196. What do you do about someone impersonating a law enforcement officer?
I received a voicemail from 315-519-4196 from Carthage, NY in a thick Indian accent saying he was Officer Adam Taylor and that he was calling about a tax fraud, tax evasion case against me and that before I have to go to the federal claim court house and before a arrest warrant is issued I need to call them back.
