My friend and I availed pay day loan facility an year back. she paid it back but I couldn't as I was out of Job. Today I got a call from undisclosed number and the access to the voice mail gave me 3155326035 this number and also mentioned that it was regarding time sensitive issue. I called back and got to know that this was for the pay day loan.
I got to know the seriousness of the issue once I called this number. This number is of a legal office called ACS. The loan company has hired this law firm to file Law Suites against the people who have never repaid the loan.
The attorney also told me that he can guide me to resolve the case out of court and he did that actually.
Thanks to my sensibility that I called back or else my social would have been listed in the credit bureau.
I'm free from debt now just because of them.

I really don't believe that employees of the federal government speak to citizes who pay taxes this way. Can anyone help me turn this indivudial into the actual authorties?
This company had been harrassing me at my place of employment, called me four times in one day.The gentleman stated he was from the dept. of law and investigation but failed to give a badge or licence number.They are not abidding by the Fair Debt collection practices act I am suggesting people who are harrassed by these people to call their attorny general office.
