Claims to be Kelvin Morgan from IRS criminal investigation, called my grandpa and left a message and weird claim number. I called back and, first of all he sounds south asian and doesn't care about costumer service. I asked him what's the IRS main number and he didn't know and asked me to hang up and seach it..... Then I asked him if he was trying to scam me and he said "yes its a scam, i dont want to waste time".
I called him back and asked to speak with Kelvin Morgan, he said it was him, same accent. I said that I have a claim number but lost it and needed help finding it, he said sorry he can't help me and that one of his agents would call back.... anyway I'm done!! This guy sucks
Claiming to be an IRS agent with a warrant for my arrest. Definitely from foreign shores as the individual on the phone was very difficult to understand. Why can't our government put a stop to this kind of activity?
They have called 7 times since Saturday and this is Wednesday, my wife answered phone and handed it to me and he started off by telling me he is a police officer, I told him what he could do to himself and I hope it puts a stop to these calls.
I'm so glad I finally searched the number. They've called me several times now. First they were asking for me now they are asking for my mother. Knowing the irs does not contact anyone via phone I entertained the call for a few mins just to see what info they are asking for or trying to get. The guy on the other end gave me a claim/case # and told me to hang up and call the number he was calling from right back. This is a total scam...
Same as abovery complaints. This guy has nothing better to do. I've gotten 5 or 6 calls now in the last 24 hours. I ignored them all but called him back once because I was getting annoyed. It rang for a minute straight until he answered and said nothing. I waited until he opened his mouth and he said, "why are you calling me?"... ha!!! Voice sounded Middle Eastern or Indian shy and meek and definitely creepy. He giggled and I hung up. Just woke me up now as in in CA not NY. Random. What can we do to stop thug guy???
