SCAM - Offering $9,000 government grant

Called around 1:00 pm and refused to respond.  I called back and the coward would not answer.

called about a $1,000  grant.

Frontier communication. Woman called Kelly told me she was from the Federal grants office and I could have an $8,000 grant that didn't have to be paid back. I told her iI was on the do not call list and it was a $3,000 fine to call me. She hng up. It was the second time they called me.
