This is not the first time this number has called. No message, no person on the other end. I am on the national do not call registry. WTF are these calls harassing me?

Still current as of 8-19-16. I did not answer the call from CID Waterloo NY  315-670-7352.  No message left on VM.  Funny how scammers think people don't screen their calls.

I was not at  home but do not answer these calls.  Harassing phone calls.

Yet another scam call.. never leaves msgs. Don't know anyone in Waterloo,NY so blocked them. Saw on Ch 2-Atlanta News, they are trying to finally do something about these robo calls...we will see...
