Caller ID says "Waterloo NY". They leave no message.
I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number). I hear the busy signal. The signal seems to change every minute or so. I suspect the busy signal is their outgoing message.
So they spoof their caller ID and fail to identify themselves on their outgoing message, This smells like a SCAM.
I received a similar result from an IRS scammer. Perhaps it is the same scam.
Recd call from 315-670-7352 on 5-28-16 @10:59 and is apparantly a computer Tele "Robo" call with no message, and a hang up. No "ID" - thus violation of Federal Truth in Caller ID Act, no telephone ID or number to call to be deleted - another violation of statute, call to a consumer listed on the state and federal DO NOT CALL list, yet another violation. Two or more violations of federal statutes constitutes an act of organized crime and covered by RICO Act, and is also a Fraudulant and Deceptive Act violation. These calls are classified as an invasion of privacy and harassment. Report ASAP.
