Who called from 31577473

Got it a few min ago but was trying to search the web while answering the call. Think I was too late since no one responded when I picked up.

Received call twice from this number > try to call back - a guy sounded very 'American' answered the call..

I received this number 6531577473 three times.

I got this call, they say calling from Bank of China, a lot of don't know what vouchers. Would need my IC and my 3 month payslip, a courier will be sent down to collect it on Wednesday for me. I asked for a website to refer to for more details but till now they never send me anything.

I am probably going to cancel the courier if they cannot provide me with more information.
