I wish ignorant commentors would get it through their thick skulls that an exempt organization has no motivation or requirement to access the DNCR, therefore such exempt groups call with no awareness of registered numbers. Did you think the entire DNCR was automatically broadcast to every call center for nothing? The surveyor gave you an automated opt-out, and even that is not required. If it obeyed, you have nothing to complain about. "Sheesh!"
I've been receiving abandoned calls daily for a while. Very annoying. Finally found out who it is. The number answers with this automated message: "You have reached New Partners Teleservices - We specialize in state of the art Democratic fundraising and voter survey. If you wish to be added to our internal do not call database, please enter your 10-digit telephone phone number now." I wish these idiots would get it through their thick skulls that if I'm on the national do not call list I do not want to be called. Yes, they are exempt (political/survey) but do they really think I'm going to be sympathetic when I've already indicated I don't like to be called? Sheesh!
Placed this no on call block for over a year. Recently cleared old nos and calls started again past coupld of weeks. Blocked them again. Never leave a message and who knows what they are really collecting for if they are. Assume above writer is correct. Returned call & said it was a fund raiser for variety of organizations. "press 1 to remove name and give no to remove. Allow 10 days for removal"
