We recieved this call consistantly at our business. When we called back they switched to using our numbers from the 800 numbers that our advertising magazines have, but they show up on caller ID still as A Concerned Citizen. Calling, not saying anything, dead air and then hanging up. When we would dial back, the number just used to ring, now all you hear is one ring, it's automatically picked up and then your hear an autodial noise and then dead air. I don't think it's a collection agency as they would say something or quit - this is harrasment since I spoke to the dead air and asked why they kept calling, this disturbed the person because they hung up and resorted to using a different number, like I said through our ad numbers.
