Called at about 10:00 PM. The caller ID said "A concerned cit"  When I called back, it just rang and rang. Don't people have anything better to do? How Pathetic.

This company is testing toll free numbers for connectivity so they can sell connect proof lists to politicians and the like.  In other words, a politician can buy a Call Campaign that guarantees 30,000 connects.

We need to put a stop to these shady practices.
