Just called 2 times within last ten minutes - I did not answer nor did he/they leave a message. After looking through several results w/Google , (316) 284-9628, the "whitepages" site has several comments on this exact number along with today's date - stating "Windows technical support" and they also have it marked as fraud and/or scam. I did also notice that this same number is listed currently with first name Matthew , middle initial G. and has the same last name of Ahlstedt from Newton KS. Either way- still another annoying call- don't know - don't answer
