just received this call from +653160928, caller had a strong filipino accent. He claims to be from 'My Charity Singapore' and wanting to conduct a survey. Questioned the source of my telephone number many times and he decided to end the call.
Received calls from this number (+6531630928) so many times since Oct. Finally picked up today. It went silent on the other end and automatically ended after 7secs. Decided to block the number for good today.
Received 2 calls from them today. Received another call from +888888888888 in between the 2 calls. Total of 10 calls received from number 31630928 since 28th November 2016. Never picked up and I suggest don't ever pick up to anyone else receiving calls from that number.
