No message - caller hung up

I could tell someone was there but they never said anything. I hung up after saying hello about 5 times with no response.

Called at 9 PM no message. I don't answer numbers I don't know then check them out here and block them, which is what I will do

Call soliciting for Police Officers survivors families. Accepted his offer to fill out a contribution letter if he sent it. He then pressured me to state the amount and I said I would review his paperwork and make a decision. He kept trying to get an amount. Believe it was a scam. Not professional.
