It was a prerecorded meassage that said they were from WCA and were offering loans.  I opted out so we will see if they call again!

If you have made a flight reservation using Travelocity recently, or any of the other "bargain" sites, your information has been passed on to an organization that is offering $2500.00 for a 6 day trip to Cancun, where they have beautiful beaches and weather. Simply a telemarketeer trying to get you to sign up. I pushed the #3 to decline the offer.
