I received a call from this phone number at 10:57 AM from a "gentleman" allegedly representing "The Handicapped Workers".  I reside in upstate NY in the 607 area code zone.  I am on the national Do Not Call Directory, hence such phone calls are unusual and particularly noteworthy in a troublesome sort of way.  I did note on the FTC's website that major fraud lawsuits have been filed by the FTC against a similar if not identical telemarketing company in August of 2000 (see http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2000/08/fpfgroup.shtm).
