Guys, if you keep them on the phone and act interested, you can get them to keep calling back and eventually you find the real company name behind the calls. Then you can go to your local court and file suit for FTC violations. Get this...For every offense, committed, they have to pay you $500. So for every call and every time they spoofed a number, and every time they did not disclose their company name, you get $500. I know someone who received $7000 from one of these companies. He filed suit and within the weekend, they settled for $7K! I stayed on the phone with this company and they said their business name was Business Funding Inc. I doubt that it is really the name, but they said they would call back. When they do, it will be even more money in my pocket. Little do they know, -I can find them :)
I answered because I have a lot of relatives that live in Andale, Kansas which is what came up on my caller ID. They were
trying to sell a business loan - I answered #1 and a woman answered - I asked her if she lived in Andale and she hung up!!
guess she wasn't a relative **
Called and blocked them immediately as soon as I read the previous notes, then they called again (according to the call history provided by my cable phone provider). Can't stand these idiots!
