This number has called a multitude of times this week (on my company cell phone which I have had for more than 10 years) and immediately hangs up when I answer. I called them back and was treated very rudely. Asked who they were and he refused to identify himself other than to say it must have been a wrong number. Told him that was unacceptable and I demanded to know who they were. Was transferred to a supervisor who identified himself as Ivan. Asked company name. He refused but skirting the question saying I wont get calls again. This happened 4 times where he continued to refuse to identify the comapny name other than to reference the fact it was a debt for someone else he identified by name and as a female (which is why I assume they hang up right away when I answer).
This is a telemarker soliciting money for the kansas sheriffs dept. It sounds like the same bunch of guys that are always calling wanting money. Very friendly at first until I began to question their authenticity. The guy got really hateful and tried talking over me, and yelling. He began to argue with me over some facts that I confronted him with. We began yelling at each other over the phone when I told him I was tired of them calling multiple times during the day and late hours at night. He claims that HE was offended by my tone! Ha ha ha ha! He was informed also of my offense at their constant badgering. These guys arenot very nice, and get pretty aggressive with you. Hard to believe isn't it.
I have been getting calls from this number every other day for a week or more. The caller ID is Unknown Name and it traces back to Andale, KS. So far in November there has been an average of 4 non-traceable calls a day. Quite annoying.
