Caller ID reflected call from Andale, Ks, a town not far from metro Wichita, Ks.  Sent call to voice mail but they left no message.  Tried to call number later got recorded message saying that the survey was now closed, and if wanted to be removed from future calls Press 9.  Scumbags.
