Who called from 3164483880

keeps calling, no message

I started getting calls from this number.  Caller ID says "Kansas".  They never leave a message.  I called the number and got a "This number belonging to Pacific Tel is no longer in service"  Evidently somebody is spoofing when they call (?)  They only call during the day when I am at work, not on the weekends.  Hopefully, someday I'll be home to answer and finally figure out who is calling.

called 2-13-12 thick accent couldnt make out what she was saying so i just hung up but it was a delay when i answered so iam sure its telemarketers

Just received a called no message, 316 is Wichita KS area code

Call my cell phone day and night... no message... now blocked. I am on the No Call List
