Who called from 3164537719

Called 5/26/2015 at 7:30 PM (CST).  My Caller ID showed the phone number (which I did not recognize) and I let my trusty answering machine handle the call.  No message was left.

Received a call on 05/26/2015 at 03:57 PM.  No voice mail.  Caller ID shows, "Mount Hope KS."

Probable scammer. Picked up and hung up in a nano second. [***].

My caller ID for this number read "L7 SCVC CALL".     I immediately disconnected the call so I don't know what particular scam I would have gotten; but, there are a bunch of scams coming from this VOIP carrier (apparently what the "L7 SCVC CALL"   refers to) including IRS debt, pro-life contributions, small business loans, etc.

caller ID "Mount Hope, KS"   hangs up when answering machine answers.   Unknown callers are never answered.
