Who called from 3164537739

I didn't answer. Caller didn't leave a message on voice mail

I received a call from this number and they don't say anything they hang up it happens at least more than once per day this is a scam.

Got a call at 5:55 pm and when I answered. Good thing I know how to whistle real loud, so as soon as I whistled into the phone the caller hung up.

Your phone can't send the decibel levels required for a whistle to hurt them. Congrats on blowing out your own eardrums, though.
