they broke every law in the book! do not give them any information! I got several threatening calls in one day over a $400 payday loan through some company I had never heard of. They claim they were going to put a lein on the house. They will not give out an address or fax number. They refuse to mail or fax any information to me. They will email it (illegal). They wanted my banking inforamtion and I said I would not give that information over the phone. They said to get a prepaid card then. Excuss me? I called a debt counselor I had in the past. She called the office with me on speaker phone and they hung up on her. She did not even have time to say she who she was and that she was represting me.
