Who called from 3165654400

Called to talk about "my computer".  When I told him I didn't understand, he said "Is this a business number?"  When I said yes, he hung up.

Just called me..said he was from Microsoft calling about my computer..after me saying I cant hear you and knowing it was bs..I said "yeah Im sure you are". He then replied with "Go f**k yourself". Said same to you bro and he hung up.

Received call from this # on government cell phone. Did not answer because I did not recognize the area code or #. Screening all unknown numbers because of recent proliferation of robo-calls.
