They didn't identify their company, claimed I owed a debt from 2004, on a credit card I never had. Refused to send me verification of the debt to the address, stating they had sent 22 requests. I actually work for my local post office, I've never recieved anything from the credit card company they are claiming I owe. I told them I know my rights and that they have to send verification certified mail. Caller wouldn't comply and kept saying I had to make payment arrangements. LOL nope.
