Who called from 3166337629

We keep getting calls from this number on our fax line.  Doesn't really bother me much since the fax answers after one call.  If they really enjoy listening to those fax tones then good for them.

Calls me about every one to two hours. Says nothing when I first say Hello. This tells me that it is some sort of sales or solicitation call.

This number calls me after everytime I make a payment with Verizon... Even though I get a confirmation email, but I never answer it...

Calls me every hour or so. I finally answered, no one answered on the line.
I know it's scam, but I am REALLY tired of it. I want to report it!!
