Who called from 3166337638

if the number belongs to verizon then why aren't they leaving a message?

This number has called me 3 times this afternoon. Doesn't leave a message.

This number called my cell phone with an automated message for the person who had this number before me. There was no way to contact a verizon rep from this phone call. The message was to call an 800# to enter the cell number and make a payment. I'm thinking this a spam number looking to make some money.

I dont have verizon so they cant be telling me my bill is past due

they called both my cell and my husbands at the same time its a robo dialer that hangs up when answered.

I have US Cellular.  This number rings my cell phone about twice a day when I'm at work..no messages left
