has an auto dialer that sends faxes. Called the number 3 times
1st two times answered after 45 secs of ringing by voice-mail with no vocal message, just 3 mins of silence. ( you have to work a little hard  to create such a message. )
The forth time someone answered with an accent. He claimed it was a cell number, (I do not think so from the sound. )
Total liar / scammer.
