This was "Andrew" not calling from (insert University name here). These people call asking for our President, usually regarding advertising, and will not usually leave a phone number. I told him he will NEVER EVER get through to the President unless he leaves contact info, so i got this.
The same woman keeps calling asking in the same whiny, idiotic voice "Is, so and so there?" And googling the phone number isn't providing any answers as to who these losers are.
