Who called from 3167896217

Called our house today 1/9/16@5:47pm

New spoof number Wichita, KS CID. Did not answer then 2 minutes after an Unknown with no number called probably affiliated.

Several calls and no message

All calls that are not recognized go to the answering machine.  Thank goodness for caller ID, blocking, and answering machines.

Calls everyday and nobody is there, who is this and why do they call??
