Who called from 3170448510

Received call this a.m., we do not answer if we do no know who is calling, went to answering machine, no message was left.
Must be fraud or collection agency.

Got a call and 5 'hello's on the answering machine.

I answer the call because I saw on my TV the caller phone number (Rogers Services).  It started with a + sign.  So, I thought that was someone calling using Skype.  It was a telemaketer from Bell selling satellite services.  I just hang up.

same caller on cell phone but cell phones, says they are authorized by bell,  also received calls about same theme from 317-044-2570 and 317-044-2550.  They have called our home lines, fax line and 2 cell phones within 6 hour time frame

By law they have to tell you their company name when you ask who is calling.  ex. "so and so" calling on behalf of Bell.
