Calling with no company name saying there from the litigation department for a loan and wanting to garnish wages ....... Then she called out two names that I did not know
No company name, said they were calling as a last chance before litigation for my ex-husband who hasn't lived at this number for over 2 years. No option to tell them they had the wrong number or help them to update their information.
Debt collector trying to track down an individual who used to live at the rental address I've lived at for over 16 years. I gather this is the last known address for her and they use the number associated with the address currently me. I used to call the agencies and explain the facts as I understand them but when the collections moves to another company, the calls resume back at square one so I've stopped and just listen to the messages, jot a few notes down and for the time being keep the voice messages.
This new tactic wants a current address and phone number of home and work so they can contact me with a process server to appear in court and the call ends with "good luck in court" and we will be contacting your HR department.
I received a call today from 317-200-3260. I finally talked to a live person and they say they are debt collectors for Quickest Payday Loan, back from 2007.
called and left a message stating they were calling to get my employer address and home address so they could serve me for court, then said Good luck in court. Should I be concerned?
