The calls are coming 2-3 times per day. I believe I spoke to them at one point as well. I just blocked the number on my phone so hopefully that will do the trick!
They answered once when I picked up and said they are from some energy company, forgot what it was as I hung up the phone. I think it is an energy scam that wants to be a middle man between your energy company. They want to overcharge your bill so they can take a cut when you make a payment to your energy company. They offer NO Service except take your money. They are no alternate to your current utility, they offer NO service except charging you a fee for NOTHING! These people are scum.
I blocked this number last week but they are still calling my number about 50 times a day!
Just got a call from this number and answered it because I'm expecting a call from a friend. Guy claimed to be calling about my NipsCo gas bill. I said "Bullsh**" He said "No, I'm calling about your NipsCo gas bill." Once again, I said "Bull*hit." Then I told him I didn't have a NipsCo gas account and he said "Well, maybe I have the wrong number then. What..." but I hung up on him before he could ask more questions.
